Does MedTill need the internet?
No. Selling, purchasing, inventory, expiry, customers and reports all work entirely offline on your own PC. The internet is only used by optional add-ons (cloud backup and the owner dashboard), and even then the counter keeps working without it.
What happens if the power goes or the PC crashes?
Every sale, bill or adjustment is written as one all-or-nothing transaction, so a power cut can never leave stock or money half-recorded. Automatic daily backups, plus backups on close and before every update, are kept for 30 days and 12 months.
How much does it cost?
MedTill is quoted per pharmacy: the number of counters, branches and add-ons you choose. Book a demo and we'll send one clear quotation. There is no per-bill fee and the licence never expires.
What computers and printers do I need?
Any Windows 10 or 11 PC for the counter. Standard 80 mm or 58 mm thermal receipt printers and a cash drawer are supported, plus A4 invoices on a normal printer. Barcode scanners and extra counter PCs connect as you grow.
Can I see it before buying?
Yes, that's the point of the demo. We walk you through the real software with sample data, on your schedule, in person or on a call, and answer everything about your own pharmacy's workflow.
